PNA is a metadata system.
PNA generates metadata from public token information, including transfer history and related token data.
PNA Metadata is metadata only. It is not a tradable asset, collectible, status item, financial product, custody product, or ownership claim.
PNA does not authenticate, verify, appraise, certify, or guarantee any token, owner, creator, collection, rarity, title, market value, or legal status.
The source token stays separate.
PNA Metadata may include a grade, grade label, slab display, certificate identifier, display image, source chain, source contract, source token ID, and related public token information.
The source token remains separate from PNA. PNA does not transfer, custody, wrap, escrow, list, sell, or control the source token.
PNA Metadata may be recorded on-chain, but it remains metadata only. It is not tradable and does not create ownership or custody of the source token.
Certificate, slab, grade, label, render, and identifier are display labels for PNA Metadata only. They are not certificates of authenticity, ownership, condition, value, title, endorsement, or intellectual property rights.
Grades can evolve.
PNA grades are calculated by the grading system active at the time of grading.
The grading system may evolve over time. PNA may update grading rules, grade labels, scoring inputs, thresholds, display formats, and metadata fields to reflect the product, data sources, and what the NFT community appreciates.
If PNA makes regrading available, a regrade may produce a different result because token history changed, source data changed, providers changed, or the grading system evolved.
No investment claim.
PNA grades and metadata are not financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, valuation advice, appraisal advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, list, delist, transfer, or avoid any token.
PNA does not promise that a grade, label, slab, render, metadata record, or display treatment will increase, preserve, reflect, or predict value.
PNA does not control tokens.
PNA does not take custody of source tokens. Connecting a wallet, submitting a token, generating metadata, viewing a slab, or requesting a grade does not give PNA control over the source token.
PNA does not ask for private keys or seed phrases.
PNA uses public token data.
PNA is designed not to maintain user accounts.
PNA may process public wallet addresses, token identifiers, transaction hashes, token metadata, blockchain data, marketplace data, and third-party API data when needed to load a token, calculate a grade, generate metadata, or display a result.
Public wallet data may be linkable to individuals. Wallet addresses and token identifiers may appear in public metadata, URLs, logs, caches, screenshots, exports, or rendered outputs when they are part of the PNA record.
Third-party data may be inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, incomplete, modified, or removed. If source data changes or cannot be verified, PNA Metadata and displays may be delayed, incomplete, stale, hidden, corrected, or regenerated.
PNA does not own third-party IP.
PNA does not claim ownership of third-party NFTs, artwork, collection names, logos, brands, traits, metadata, or other intellectual property.
Third-party names, images, artwork, and collection references shown through PNA are used only to identify or display the source token and related metadata.
To the extent a submitter has rights in submitted content, the submitter gives PNA permission to process, cache, transform, render, export, and display that content only as needed to operate PNA, generate PNA Metadata, and show PNA displays. This does not transfer ownership to PNA.
Users are responsible for making sure that anything they submit or ask PNA to display does not violate third-party rights, laws, or platform rules.
Users may not use PNA Metadata, grades, slabs, certificates, exports, screenshots, or identifiers to misrepresent ownership, authenticity, endorsement, affiliation, value, tradability, or intellectual property rights.
Email takedown@pnagrade.xyz.
If you believe PNA displays content that should be removed or corrected, email takedown@pnagrade.xyz.
The request should identify the content, the source token if applicable, the issue, the requested action, and a way to contact you.
PNA may remove, hide, disable, correct, or refuse to display metadata or rendered content if it may be inaccurate, unlawful, infringing, abusive, misleading, or technically unsafe.
PNA may not be able to remove or change content that exists on public blockchains, third-party services, cached systems, or user-controlled exports.
The service can change.
PNA may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service, including grading, metadata endpoints, visual rendering, slab displays, exports, supported chains, supported collections, or third-party integrations.
Provided as is.
PNA is provided as is and as available. PNA does not warrant that the service, metadata, grading results, displays, files, APIs, or third-party integrations will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, complete, or error-free.
Independent decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PNA is not liable for losses, damages, claims, costs, or expenses arising from use of or reliance on PNA Metadata, grades, displays, third-party data, wallet interactions, third-party marketplace activity, or source token decisions.
Any marketplace activity involving source tokens or third-party content is independent of PNA and outside PNA control.
